We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join an exciting 6-month project, with the possibility of extension. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data solutions. The role involves utilizing your expertise in Python, Databricks, and data modeling to create robust data pipelines and frameworks. We offer the option to collaborate on either a B2B contract or a full-time employment (UoP).
Job requirements
- Experience: 5-8 years in Data Engineering.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with Databricks and bundles CLI.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and best coding practices.
- Preferred: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Embeddings, Prompting, and Langchain 0.2.
Function tasks
- Design and implement an ingestion framework for multiple use cases.
- Transform unstructured data into structured formats.
- Develop and orchestrate workflows using Databricks.
- Document and test data ingestion processes, pipelines, and data models.
