About the job
The person appointed will become a member of the core project team with responsibility for developing test cases, carrying out manual and automated testing and supporting the company through the UAT process. Performance testing of the applications is also required. The tester will work closely with the development team and provide assistance with issues or queries in relation to corporate applications.

Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
- Experience preparing and writing test documentation
- Experience performing different types of software testing.
- Work with Customer Support and investigate bugs reported by users.
- Experience of identifying test data needed for testing and writing quality positive and negative test cases, experience in Test Strategy and Test Plan creation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience in hands-on functional testing, systems integration testing and regression testing.
- Ability to identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
- Ability to execute test cases in a timely manner, analyse test results, identify defects, knowledge of defect lifecycle.
- Strong experience with task estimations.
- Experience of using tracking systems tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (knowledge of customization tests analytical tools, testing metrics, charts, visualization of test results)
- Experience of managing QA team
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level)
