Join our team at Maandag Poland! We are a rapidly growing recruitment company specializing in IT outsourcing. We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to help us expand our presence in the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the Polish market.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers and building and maintaining long-term business relationships in the DACH and Polish markets.
- Analysing customer needs and tailoring offers according to requirements.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers.
- Monitoring market trends and competition.
Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in a recruitment company, experience in IT outsourcing preferred.
- Knowledge of English of at least B2 level.
- Knowledge of the German language is appreciated.
- High communication and negotiation skills.
- Independence and good organization of work.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH countries and Poland.
